Refund policy
14-day money-back guarantee. Written plainly.
The simple version
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Pro, Business). If bgeraser isn't working for you within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund you.
Eligibility
You're eligible for a refund if ALL of these are true:
- Your refund request is within 14 days of your initial payment (not renewal payments, see below)
- You've used paid features (background removal, Magic Select, or API calls) three times or fewer during the refund period
- For Business tiers: you've made 100 or fewer API calls during the refund period
- This is your first refund on this account (we process one refund per account lifetime)
Not eligible
You're not eligible for a refund if:
- Request is more than 14 days after initial payment
- You've used cloud features more than 3 times (we consider the service "used")
- Business customer has made more than 100 API calls
- Renewal payments (month 2 onwards for monthly, year 2 onwards for annual). Cancel anytime to stop future charges
- Account terminated for policy violation
Annual plan refunds
Annual plans within the 14-day window: full refund, same rules as above.
Annual plans after 14 days: no refund. Cancel anytime to prevent renewal at end of term.
How to request
Email [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- Payment date and amount
- Brief reason (optional but helps us improve)
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process via Stripe and appear on your statement in 5-10 business days.
Disputes
If we decline a refund and you believe we're wrong, reply to our email with more context. We're a small team and read every message.
