These terms are written to be readable. No fine print. If something is unclear, email us and we will clarify.
The service
bgeraser.ink is operated by Zeplik, Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. We provide AI-powered image background removal via a web editor and API.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your credentials safe. If you believe your API key has been compromised, rotate it immediately and notify us.
Acceptable use
You can:
- Use bgeraser for personal editing
- Use processed images in commercial work
- Integrate with our API
- Bulk-process images within your plan limits
You cannot:
- Process illegal content
- Resell the service as your own
- Reverse-engineer our models or infrastructure
- Abuse rate limits or circumvent usage caps
- Share API keys publicly
Plans and billing
Free tier is available with limits. Paid plans include:
- Pro: $4.99/month or $39/year
- Business: $29 to $999/month depending on volume
Pro and Business are independent products. All paid plans auto-renew. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments. See our refund policy for full details.
Your content
You retain all rights to your images. We receive a temporary, limited license to process them through our service. Images uploaded for cloud processing are deleted within 1 hour.
Our content
The bgeraser website, brand, design, code, and AI models are owned by Zeplik, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for Pro and Business plans. Maintenance windows are announced when possible. Current status is available at /status.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Changes
We provide 30 days notice for material changes to these terms via email to your account address.
Limits on liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory rights under local law.
